* Vancolon Sterile Vancomycin HCl injection.
* For intravenous (I.V.) infusion.
* Composition: Each vial contains:
& & Sterile Vancomycin HCl (USP) equivalent to Vancomycin 0.5g.
* Dissolve in 10ml of sterile water for injection.
* For I.V. infusion, administer at no more than 10mg/min or over a period of at least 60 minutes.
* Store at a temperature of 15-25 degrees C. Protect from light and heat.
