** ZITHRODOSE® (Azithromycin) 100 mg / 5 ml Powder for 60 ml oral suspension.

** Composition:
Each 5 ml suspension contains:
104.8 mg azithromycin dihydrate equivalent to 100 mg azithromycin.

** Reconstitution Directions:
Add distilled water to the bottle up to the red marked arrow, (for ease in preparation add the water in two portions and shake well after each addition).

** Dosage:
See enclosed pamphlet.

** Shake the bottle before use.

** Store at room temperature.
