* Indications: ………. Topical antimycotic
indicated for the topical treatment of skin mycosis: Tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), tinea cruris, & tinea corporis & tinea versicolor.
* Dosage & Application:
– Tinox cream should be applied to affected and closely intact surrounding areas once to twice daily in patients with tinea pedis, tinea cruris, or tinea corporis.
– Tinox cream should be applied once daily in the treatment of tinea versicolor.
– Tinea cruris, tinea corporis, and tinea versicolor should be treated for 2 weeks.
– Tinea pedis should be treated for one month.
* Warnings:
– For external dermal use only.
– Tinox cream is not for ophthalmic or intravaginal use.
– Tinox cream should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy and lactation.
* Precautions:
– If a reaction suggesting sensitivity or chemical irritation should occur, the drug should be discontinued.
– Avoid the use for occlusive dressings unless otherwise directed by the phsician.
* For Topical use only.
* Store at room temperature not exceeding 30 degrees C (between 15 – 30 degrees C).
